Drug Adherence Survey

This survey is designed to gather data about the experiences of people who have been prescribed a drug for dry eye disease (whether or not they filled the prescription or ended up using it) including barriers and obstacles to accessing dry eye drugs. 

Criteria: To participate in this survey, you must live in the US, be 18 years or older and have been prescribed one or more of the following drugs, for the first time, within the past 6 months: Restasis (including generics), CEQUA, Vevye, Xiidra, Miebo, Tyrvaya, Tryptyr, Autologous Serum Tears.
